Trawel Fly is part of Trawel Group that has developed from May 2009 in collaboration with selected Airline Partners a modern concept of Tourism Carrier, attentive to customer needs and respectful of the significant roles and value of tourism industry (tour operators and travel agents). The Partner carriers manage operational and industrial components related to the flight and aircraft, fully dedicated to Trawel Fly.
Trawel Fly deals with network definition (destinations and frequency), the distributional process and the sales of product and customer care issues.
The first Partner chosen for this task was Astraeus Airlines, a British airline operating since 2002, which has a fleet of 11 aircraft (Boeing 737 and Boeing 757) with a great experience in flight services.
From 1 June 2010 Trawel Fly increases its fleet with a second aircraft, this time operated by an Italian carrier “Mistral Air” which is part  of Poste Italiane Group. Mistral Air operates postal flights having at its disposal five aircrafts, Boeing 737 and ATR 42.
In 2011 a third aircraft arrives allowing Trawel Fly a further development of already served destinations and significantly increases frequencies on existing locations reached  the previous year.
For this year Trawel Fly confirms the collaboration with Mistral Air, managing three aircrafts in exclusivity, two Boeing 737 and one MD83.
