Terms and conditions
The user of the site www.trawelfly.com can make reservations and buy tickets online or by telephone provided and distributed by Trawelfly Srl, owner of the site and www.trawelfly.com. Although the terms and conditions relating to air transport services below are provided by Trawelfly Srl, the provision of air transport service is provided exclusively by the airline, which as the carrier assumes any responsibility in accordance with the law. Trawelfly Srl has only the responsibilities as a seller of travel services.
Definitions
1. For the purposes of this Regulation:
(a) “air carrier” means an air transport undertaking with a valid operating licence;
(b) “operating air carrier” means an air carrier that performs or intends to perform a flight under a contract with a passenger or on behalf of another person, legal or natural, having a contract with that passenger;
(c) “Community carrier” means an air carrier with a valid operating licence granted by a Member State in accordance with the provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2407/92 of 23 July 1992 on licensing of air carriers (1);
(d)“Passenger”: indicates any individual, different from the aircrew members in charge of the flight, transported or to be transported by the carrier;
(e) “Luggage”: indicates the good being property or possession of the passengers and accompanying them during the journey; luggage indicates both checked and unchecked luggage;
- “Checked Luggage”: indicates the luggage taken into custody by the carrier and for which a Luggage Identification Label is issued;
- “Unchecked Luggage”: indicates the hand luggage carried on board by the aircraft passengers themselves;
(f) “ticket” means a valid document giving entitlement to transport, or something equivalent in paperless form, including electronic form, issued or authorized by the air carrier or its authorized agent;
(g) “reservation” means the fact that the passenger has a ticket, or other proof, which indicates that the reservation has been accepted and registered by the air carrier or tour operator;
(h) “final destination” means the destination on the ticket presented at the check-in counter or, in the case of directly connecting flights, the destination of the last flight; alternative connecting flights available shall not be taken into account if the original planned arrival time is respected;
(i) “person with reduced mobility” means any person whose mobility is reduced when using transport because of any physical disability, intellectual impairment, age or any other cause of disability, and whose situation needs special attention and adaptation to the person's needs of the services made available to all passengers;
(l) “cancellation” means the non-operation of a flight which was previously planned and on which at least one place was reserved.
(m)"Special Drawing Rights" means the unit of account established in 1969 by the International Monetary Fund and subject to daily quotation, published in major newspapers;
(n) "Adult" means a tariff level passengers, who on the date of travel, and in case of a round trip on the date of return flight, has attained the age of 12;
(o) "Child" in tariff level means passengers who on the date of travel, and in case of a round trip on the date of return flight, has between two and 11 years;
(p) "Unaccompanied Minors" means passengers who on the date of travel, and in case of a round trip on the date of return flight, have not attained the age of 14 years and they travel unaccompanied by a passenger who has completed at least 18 years. In this case, seek assistance by contacting the Call Centre to request availability of the service;
(q) "Infant" means passengers who on the return trip, have not yet attained two years;
(r) “PIR - Property Irregularity Reports" means the form available at the offices in charge of airport, to be completed in case of passenger complaints concerning the loss, damage or delay of baggage.
2. Acceptance of these Conditions of Carriage
These conditions must be examined online by the passenger or can be requested at the Call Centre before booking. The reservation, therefore, implies total knowledge of themselves and their acceptance.
These Conditions of Carriage may, from time to time, be subject to change. If the reservation is made online, passengers commit and bind themselves to print and store these conditions; passengers also commit and bind themselves to print and store these conditions again any time a modification is added.
3. Reservations and ticket purchase
3.1 Tickets can be purchased through this website (www.trawelfly.com) by contacting the Call Centre, at airport ticket offices or at the registered travel agencies.
The Call Centre can be contacted at +39 02 39192530 for information, reservations or requests for changes to bookings already made.
3.2 The purchase of a ticket is contextual to the reservation. Payment of fees, all taxes and surcharges on the reservation must be made from passengers at the time of booking. Verified the payment of the fare and all applicable taxes and surcharges, the booking will be confirmed and the Code of Reference will be communicated to the passenger. If payment is not made or implemented, the reservation will be cancelled.
3.3 In the case of bookings made online or through our Call Centre, booking confirmations with the Code Reference and details of flights purchased will be sent to passengers via email. Should the ticket be purchased at a travel agency, it’s the travel agency that will provide the passenger with the summary of the reservation and the relevant reference code.
3.4 Tickets can be purchased online up to 3 hours before the departure; through the Call Centre or at airports, up to 2 hours before departure, if the opening hours of the Call Centre and airport ticket offices are compatible with these deadlines.
3.5 Tickets can be one-way or round trip. The carrier does not guarantee the rerouting for possible transits from and to other carriers.
4. Tariffs and Form of payment
4.1 The rate only includes the transport from the departure airport to the arrival one. The rates applied are those existing at the time of booking, for which there are limited numbers of seats available. Prices may change before the transport, depending on the number of seats still available at the time of purchase.
4.2 Without prejudice of the provisions on luggage transport set by the following art. 9 of these conditions and in addition to the rate, the passengers will be charged, for every single purchased ticket, all the taxes imposed by the Government or any other authority - airport authorities in particular - on passengers or their luggage or on the usage of all the services, the "operations & security" tax, the surcharge and fuel surcharge, the administrative rights and the issue charges. Rates, taxes, surcharges, administrative rights and issue charges will be paid in the currency required by the carrier upon ticket purchasing at the published rate.
4.3 Infants (who at the time of return flight have not completed two years of age), may travel sitting in arm with an adult. They have no right to carry luggage in addition to those of the adult.
4.4 The payment for purchases made on line or through a Call Centre may be settled with a Credit Card belonging to the Visa and Master Card circuits. The purchase can be paid cash, by cash card or by the above mentioned credit cards at the ticket offices of the airport handler.
As far as purchases executed at travel agencies are concerned, the payment mode is to be checked directly at the agency.
4.5 Confidentiality.
In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the data of the credit cards used for on line operations, the Carrier uses the most advanced technology of Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
5. Changes and cancellations
5.1 The change of name and date, time and leg of the flight will be allowed if requested within 3 hours before departure, and it will be subject to the opening time of the Call Centre and of the ticket offices of the airport handler, by paying a supplement of 25 Euro per passenger, per way. In all cases, If the price of the already bought and confirmed ticket is lower than the price of the new flight, besides paying the charge detailed above, passengers shall also pay the difference between the original price and the lowest rate available when the change is requested. If the latter is lower than the rate paid online, no refund will be provided. Name changes are not permitted if at least one leg of the flight booked has been already used or has expired or if the flight is full when the request of the change.
5.2 The right of withdrawal provided for in the field of distance selling contracts shall not apply to this type of sale within the meaning of 'Art. 55.1.b of Leg. No 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
5.3 In case of flight cancellation, overbooking or prolonged delay, passengers have the rights established by the EC standard (reg. 261/2004/EC ).
5.4 The carrier is not responsible for any non-operational communications and records where the contact details are incorrect.
6. Check-in
6.1 Passengers shall attend the airport in due time for completing, before flight departure, all the check-in operations, the carrier’s check-in counter opens about two hours before the scheduled departure and closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure for both domestic and international flights. It is recommended to check in advance. Furthermore, the passenger must go to the boarding gate at least 25 minutes before flight departure.
6.2 The airline requires all passengers to provide photographic ID at check-in on all flights including domestic services (photographic ID, whose validity has been extended with a stamp are not accepted on international flights). Passengers shall also show the valid documents required by the law of the destination countries to enter their territory.
6.3 Children under 15 must must present a birth certificate with a photo issued by the city (also valid for foreign travel when compiled and validated by the police). If this document does not contain names of adults authorized to accompany the child, it is necessary to present another document validated by the police that reports names of adults authorized to accompany the child or to present the ‘Stato di famiglia’ if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Passengers have the exclusive responsibility of making sure they possess a valid ID and any further requirement or document required by customs and immigration authorities. Penalties, sanctions, expenses or costs due to the lack of such requirements or of valid documents will be charged to the passengers. Passengers are requested to address the Immigration authorities of the destination countries for possible clarifications before purchasing the ticket. If the documents shown by passengers are not valid, or if the name of the passenger written on the reservation does not match the one indicated in the ID, the Carrier will deny boarding and consequently the price paid for purchasing the ticket will be lost, except for the airport taxes, that will be refunded.
We report below some useful information about required documents for entering abroad destinations.
SHARM EL SHEIKH
A passport is requested with a validity of at least 6 months after the date of arrival in the Country. Alternatively, exclusively for leisure travel, an identity card with standard passport photos and validity of at least 6 months may be accepted. The lack of valid documents will result in the refusal of the visa. It is advisable to bring 2 standard passport photos to be handed, after landing, to the Immigration Office. After filling in a form with your personal details, you may purchase the entrance visa. You will be then given a visit permit that is valid for a stay of maximum one month (tourist visa).
All those interested to stay in Egypt more than 30 days, please inquire at the diplomatic or consular authorities on Egyptian legislation, about the restrictions to return to Italy and necessary documentation.

7. Special Assistances
7.1 For any assistance or for the transport of infants, pregnant women, handicapped wheelchairs or ambulatory difficulties passengers should contact the Booking before purchasing travel. The special assistance can be booked exclusively through the Booking number 02 39192530. Such requests must be received no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure time. Seats are limited. In case of late communications the Carrier cannot assure the special assistance availability.
7.1.2 Blind, deaf or deaf and dumb passengers
Passengers must report their status both at the time of reservation and at check-in in airport.
Trawelfly admits onboard guide dogs for the blind and / or deaf. Passengers are required to report in advance to Trawelfly the intention to travel with a guide dog by calling the Booking. Guide dogs are allowed on board only if passengers present an official document, issued by an organization certified for training assistance dog, attesting that the dog is perfectly trained to drive. The dog must wear the appropriate identification harness. On board there are no free seats for dogs, which must therefore remain on the floor at the foot of the owner.
Similarly, passengers should contact the Booking before purchasing the ticket for the transport of bicycles, surfboards, skis, animals, musical instruments.
7.2 Passengers under 14 years are accepted on board if accompanied by a passenger who is at least 18 years old. Otherwise they can be accepted as a request for assistance - Unaccompanied Minors.
Unaccompanied passengers under 14 years or accompanied by passengers who have not completed the greatest year of age, will be accepted on board after the payment of a fee of 25.00 € one way for each unaccompanied minor, and after the completion of the related steps to protect the child. It will be required identification and contact details of the person who accompanied the minor at departure and arrival. The attendant at departure shall wait in airport until 30 minutes after the actual departure time. The coach must ensure that the child will bring in airport the necessary document for the flight.
7.3 For safety reasons and to avoid damage to health, the carrier shall be proceed as below for the transport of pregnant women:
- Before the 23° week – passengers will be accepted on board with a medical certificate attesting to the week of pregnancy or date of last menstrual period and the esteemed birth date
- From 23° to 33° weeks - is asked to submit a medical certificate attesting the fitness to fly
- After 33° weeks – never be allowed on board
If pregnancy is at risk a certificate of airworthiness is required.
7.4 For the following passengers, whose condition physical or mental health requires special assistance on board or during boarding or disembarking, it is necessary to submit the certificate of fitness signed by a doctor:
- Passengers whose conduct or whose state of mental or physical condition may make them incapable of caring for themselves without assistance, or who may be a risk to themselves or others or to the safety of the flight must travel together necessarily, will not be accepted on board.
- Passengers who suffer from diseases that are believed to be contagious and may be transmitted to board (with the exception of the typical diseases of children in the terminal phase)
- Passengers who need extra oxygen for medical use
- small cylinders of oxygen gas or air or oxygen, refrigerated liquid.
- People with broken limbs or fences.
8. Refusal and Limitation Of Carriage
The carrier may deny boarding to continue transport of passengers or baggage or cancel your reservation if:
a) it is necessary for reasons of security or public order;
b) it is necessary to avoid breaching the laws of a state of departure, arrival or overflight;
c) the conduct, status or mental or physical condition of the passenger are liable to:
- make necessary to the carrier special help, which the carrier cannot provide or can provide without excessive expenditure, or
- cause great discomfort to other passengers, or
- expose himself to risk and / or other passengers and / or the flight crew or objects;
d) during a previous flight behaved in unacceptable.
If the transport service cannot be performed by the carrier for one of the reasons listed above, or if any of these reasons brings to cancellation of the booking, the passenger will receive no refund.
9. Luggage, sport equipment and animal transport
9.1 For each passenger, with the exclusion of infants who are not entitled to free luggage allowance, the weight of checked baggage is 15 kg with a maximum total of 1 piece. For every kilogram in excess of over 15 kg will be charged at 8 €, up to a maximum of 30 kg per passenger.
9.2 The carriage of sporting equipment (golf bag, bag, fencing, bike, windsurf, snowboard or snow skiing, surfing and kite surfing) is subject to the payment of a supplement with a maximum of 15 kg in weight as follows:
- Golf bag: 50 Euro each way. For every kilogram in excess of over 15 kg will be charged at 5 Euro each way.
- Bag fencing: 50 Euro each way. For every kilogram in excess of over 15 kg will be charged at 8 Euro each way.
- Bike: 30 Euro each way. For every kilogram in excess of over 15 kg will be charged at 5 Euro each way.
- Windsurf board: 70 Euro each way. For every kilogram in excess of over 15 kg will be charged at 10 Euro each way.
- Snowboarding or snow skiing: 40 Euro each way. For every kilogram in excess of over 15 kg will be charged at 10 Euro each way.
- Surf or Kitesurf board: 40 Euro each way. For every kilogram in excess of over 15 kg will be charged at 10 Euro each way.
It is the responsibility of the passenger packing.
9.3 For the transport of scuba diving equipment a fee of 90 Euro is requested for each route only if also cylinders are loaded - if not, it will be considered as excess baggage if it exceeds the registered baggage weight permitted
Note: All cylinders must be completely empty and the valves open. The sub knife must be properly packaged and placed in the passenger's checked baggage, otherwise it can be confiscated. The passenger is responsible for the equipment packaging.
9.4 The animals for which it is necessary to embark in the hold are not accepted. Upon payment of the amount of 30 euros each way is allowed the transport in the cabin of dogs and cats for a maximum weight of 10 kg, including the rigid container (size 48x33x29).
The transport of dogs and cats is regulated by Reg (EC) No. 998/03 with the certification required by Dec. 2004/203/EC (as amended by Dec. 2004/301/EC). The passenger, under whose care the animal travels, must be in possession of all documents required by the authorities of destination. To ensure that the carrier agrees to transport the animals, the passenger must bring their own rigid container, whose dimensions are 48x33x29. It is allowed a maximum of 3 animals per container of the same race. The carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage of animals if the above criteria are not followed.
9.5 Transport musical instruments: musical instruments can be transported in the cabin if the size is smaller or equal to those of hand luggage (total 115cm) - otherwise it is required the payment of 30 euros each way. Every kilogram exceeding 15 kg will be charged at 5 euros each way.
9.6 In case of purchase of a special service after the booking of flight passengers must contact the Booking well in advance before departure to verify the availability of space on board the aircraft for transport of objects and animals. Otherwise the acceptance of such objects and animals at the check-in may not be guaranteed.
9. 7 Onboard each passenger may carry only one unchecked baggage weighing not more than 5 kg and a size not exceeding 55x35x25 cm. It 'also allowed free transport of the following items: a purse, a briefcase or a purse, a coat or blanket, an umbrella or a walking stick, a camera or binoculars, reading material for the journey food for infants, crutches or other prostheses, provided that the passenger is dependent on them.
9.8 The carrier will not accept as checked baggage, but not limited to fragile or perishable items, computers or electronic equipment, money, jewelry, silverware, precious metals or valuables objects, bearer bonds, debt securities, shares or other securities or property, and commercial or office documents, samples, passports or other identity documents.
9.9 The unchecked baggage must be marked and recorded by a label with passenger’s name. The background presented by the passenger without a label will not be accepted by the carrier. Name tags for luggage at airports are available at check-in carrier.
9.10 The carrier does not assume any liability for: perishable or fragile items not properly packed; minor damage to the exterior of baggage, such as ( purely by way of example only) stains or scratches resulting from the use thereof for the purpose for which they are intended; water damage to non water-proof bags.
9.11 For the rights of passengers in case of loss or damage of luggage, the Montreal Convention of 1999 is applied, as well as the EC Regulation 2027/97 as last amended by Regulation EC 889/02.
9.12 In case of posthumous discovery of baggage the carrier does not send the baggage to the home of passenger. The withdrawal of luggage found at the airport of interest as any shipping courier will be charged to the passenger.
10. Dangerous objects in the luggage
10.1 For safety reasons, the objects listed below are not allowed in passengers’ luggage:
- Compressed gases - (deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable and poisonous) such as butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen, cylinders for breathing apparatus;
- Corrosives like acids, alkalis, mercury and wet cell batteries;
- Ammunitions, guns, pistol caps, fireworks and flares;
- Flammable liquids and solids such as lighter fuel;
- Matches, thinners, paints, lighters;
- Radioactive materials;
- Bags and suitcases with alarm devices;
- Oxidizers like bleach and peroxides.
- Poisons and infectious substances such as insecticides, weed killers and live virus materials.
- Other dangerous objects such as magnetic, blistering or offensive materials.
10.2 The transport of weapons and ammunition is governed by specific provisions contained in Law No. 694 of 1974. Passengers departing from the country with national or foreign aircraft used in the service of public transport, which brings with it, sporting guns or ammunition, even if equipped with a port of 'weapons or export license, is required to give notice no later than 48 hours before departure (including weapons) and the carrier has the obligation to report it to the Office of Border Police Airport. At the same will be provided accurate information on the regulation, and the passenger will be required to deliver the weapon and ammunition inside a container the size of 30x22x8 cm for a maximum weight of 5 kg. 10.3 may be brought in medicines and cosmetics limited quantities which are necessary or appropriate for the passenger during the trip such as hairsprays, perfumes and medicines containing alcohol. Many of the items listed above can be transported as cargo if packed according to cargo regulations.
10.4 It is not permitted on board the use of electronic devices of any kind. You may have additional information on request.
10.5 can be transported the following items:
• medicines or toiletries needed for the journey up to a maximum of kilograms. Or 2 lt. 2;
• alcoholic beverages, perfumes and colognes to a maximum of lt. 2;
• dry ice up to a maximum of kilograms. 2, only hand luggage
• smoke articles when personally brought. Are not permitted, however, lighter fuel, spare parts and lighters containing unabsorbed liquid fuel;
• "pacemakers" cardiac containing radioactive material such as plutonium batteries
• small carbon dioxide cylinders (including spare parts necessary for the journey) worn by passengers with artificial limbs;
• catalytic hair rollers, containing carbon monoxide, only in checked baggage. The lid must be secured over the heating element. Gas refills are not allowed;
• with the approval of the carrier, small cylinders of gaseous oxygen or air for medical use for a maximum of 2 liters. Liquid oxygen can never be allowed into the cabin.
10.6 Everything except that, for security reasons, are not allowed on the flight said Articles, and subject to the new rules governing the transport of products as hand luggage liquids at airports European Union.

All this is subject to new rules governing the transport of products as hand baggage liquids at EU airports.
For each passenger (infants included) the transport of one and only one plastic bag of the dimensions mentioned above is permitted. Can be transported out of the bag, and are not subject to volume limitations prescribed medicines and fluids for diet, baby food. In order to facilitate supervision must be presented to employees at the security checkpoint all liquids carried as hand luggage. 11.APPLICABLE LAW AND IMPORTANT NOTICES
11.1 Air transport in the Italian territory is governed by the following:
- The standards of the Italian Navigation Code;
- By the provisions of EC Regulation No 2027/97 as last amended by EC Regulation 889/02 and the exclusions and limitations on liability of the carrier if required
General Conditions of carrier for the transport of passengers and baggage, and the related regulations, these General Conditions of carrier and such regulations are substantial and integral part of these conditions, the same terms and conditions are specified on the website www. trawelfly.com and can be consulted on request at the offices of Trawelfly Srl
The transport plane with which the final destination or an intermediate country other than the departure is subject to the provisions and exclusions and limitations of liability set out in EC Regulation No 2027/97 as last amended by EC Regulation 889/02 and, as this occurs, the Montreal Convention.
11.2 The exclusions and / or limitations of liability applicable to the carrier will also be extended to its agents, or designated representatives and to any legal person whose aircraft were to be used by the carrier for transport, as well as agents, or representatives responsible legal persons. No agent, employee or representative of carrier has authority to change or delete any provision of these terms.
11.3 A carrier who issues a ticket or accept baggage for a flight operated by another carrier is only a representative of this one.
11.4 Checked baggage will be delivered to the owner of the Baggage Receipt
11.5 In the case of checked baggage damaged or loss the statement shall be reported in writing, immediately upon baggage return or when baggage should have been returned, through the provided PIR forms (Property Irregular Reports), available in all the airports.
In case of damage passengers must send the following documents no later than 7 days from the issuance of the PIR: Original PIR, your booking reference and the original statement stating that the bag is not repairable, or the bill for costs incurred for the repair of the suitcase, bank details (account owner, current account, CAB, ABI, CIN and IBAN). Compensations will be paid, if due, according to the conditions and within the limits stated by the law.
In case of lost checked luggage, passengers must send the following documents no later than 21 days after the PIR: Original PIR, your booking reference, the original 'bag tag, itemized list of contents of luggage, bank details(CAB, ABI, IBAN and bank account). The detailed list of the contents of the luggage must be communicated to the Office Lost & Found at the time of the PIR (Report of lost luggage).
11.6 The carrier's name may be abbreviated on the transport document.
The stops are indicated on the transport document or on the schedules of the carrier.
11.7 The Carrier may refuse transportation to any person who has bought a ticket in violation of applicable laws or tariffs and regulations.
11.8 Some special fares are subject to conditions that could restrict or prohibit a change of booking.
The price of tickets may include a number of government taxes and other official charge, which sometimes represent a significant portion of the cost of air transportation. These taxes are included in the price or are indicated in the "taxes" on the transport document.
11.9 The carrier will do its utmost to carry the passenger and baggage with reasonable speed. The times shown in timetables or elsewhere are not binding and does not constitute an essential element of this contract. The carrier can be replaced without notice other carriers or aircraft, and may be changed if necessary, stop locations indicated on the ticket. Schedules are subject to change without notice. The carrier does not assume responsibility for making connections.
11.10 The purchase of tickets by phone, mail or online are governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999 apply to contracts of carriage and therefore subject to the exclusions of Article. 7 of said Decree and the Decree No 206, 6 September 2005 (Consumption Code).
12. NOTICE TO PASSENGERS WITH ART. 6, No. 2, REGULATION (EC) No 2027/97 AS AMENDED BY REGULATION (EC) No 889/02 and Regulation (EC) 261/04
Under the Montreal Convention of 1999, there are no limits of liability for accidents to passengers for damages from death or personal injury. For damages from death or personal injury up to 100,000 SDRs (Special Drawing Rights), the Company can not furnish justification for their responsibilities. For death or personal injury damages that exceed 100,000 SDRs, the airline is not responsible if you can prove that the damage was not caused by negligence, wrongful act or omission or its employees or that the damage was caused solely by negligence, wrongful act or omission of third parties. In all cases the compensation is not owed or due to a lesser extent the airline proves that the injured passenger is liable for damage or contributed to by the negligence, wrongful act or omission. The airline must provide for the payment of advances, in proportion to the damage suffered, within fifteen days from the identification of the person entitled to damages. In case of death the payment shall not be less than 16,000 SDRs. In case of delay in the carriage of passengers the carrier shall be liable for damage unless it took all reasonable measures to avoid or it was impossible to take such measures. The carrier's liability for damage occasioned by delay in transportation of passengers is limited to 4150 SDR.In case of delay in the carriage of baggage the carrier is liable for damage unless it has taken all reasonable measures to avoid or it was impossible to take such measures. The carrier's liability for damage occasioned by delay in transportation of baggage is limited to 1000 SDR. In case of destruction, loss or damage to luggage the carrier is liable up to 1000 SDRs. In the case of destruction, loss or damage to checked baggage, the carrier is liable for damages even if her behaviour is not at fault, unless the baggage inherent defect, with regard to the destruction, loss or damage to unchecked baggage, the carrier is liable only if the damage is attributable to the carrier. Passengers may benefit from a higher liability limit by releasing a special declaration at the latest at the time of registration, and paying a surcharge. In case of damage, delay, loss or destruction during the transport of luggage, the person entitled to delivery must immediately file a complaint with the carrier through the PIR forms, failing which it is assumed that the baggage has been delivered and that the delivery took place in good condition and in accordance with the contract of carriage. In case your luggage is damaged, the passenger must write and complain - to revocation - within seven days and in case of delay - to revocation - within twenty-one days from the date the baggage was placed at the disposal passenger.
